Today, my favorite connoisseur of  style and wit Ted Baker London  opened a their newest location at the Fashion Show Mall.

The 2,387 square foot store takes inspiration from traditional British gambling and the contemporary glamour of Las Vegas.  With bespoke fixtures featuring laser cut bowler caps and a huge laser cut wall with a King and Queen of Spades, shiny spade and diamond door handles PLUS t-stands with poker chip bases and a cash wrap covered in dice the store design encompasses the folly and cheeky humor that we have come to love about Ted.

“True to the whimsical style of the quirky British brand, traditional card symbols mix with and transform into bowler hats, teapots, crowns and umbrellas throughout the store design.  As an ode to the fine art of gambling, the cash desk is comprised of a glass box featuring a sculpture within of nearly 3,000 dice.  A stunning handmade chandelier, crafted from laser cut crystals, captures Vegas glitz.  Digital screens positioned across the store front barricade, masquerading as faux fruit slot machines until opening day, will feature the brand’s seasonal campaign film throughout grand opening weekend.  From life-size “backgammon” borders to plush velvet curtains and timber paneled walls inspired by British gambling dens, everywhere you turn you’ll feel like you’re sitting at the table ready for the next hand. “

The store opens with Ted’s Autumn Winter 2014 womenswear, menswear and accessories collections. The Fall womenswear collection combines vintage inspired floral prints and ultra-feminine silhouettes while the  menswear collection takes us on a journey down the Nile on an adventure with jewel tones of burgundy, emerald green and lively oranges throughout knitwear and chinos. Fresh detailing and modern finishes add a cool touch to a strong collection of jacquards and prints.

I am totally OBSESSED with the gorgeous digital prints inside the Ted Baker mens jackets this season.

Ted’s new store at the Fashion Show will be hosting opening activities in-store August 15- 17th  including sparkling beverages, DJ tunes and giveaways…and the fun doesn’t stop there!  In addition to opening weekend activities Ted Baker will showcase a  fashion show of their AW14 collection on the Main Stage Friday- Sunday from 12pm-5pm, every hour on the hour.
