Over the past month I have been hard at work on Fall Fashion shoots for magazines where I have been fortunate enough to get an up close and personal test drive of Tiffany & Co.’s latest Collection HardWear.
I have fallen so in love with this collection that I HAD to share it with you.
“The HardWear Collection embodies the power and spirit of New York City and the energy of its streets. The collection name and designs draw inspiration from the urban soul of the city, where the modern rebel mixes high fashion with street style. Tiffany HardWear is as classic as it is edgy. Inspired by a unisex bracelet from 1971, the collection has been reimagined to include earrings, rings, necklaces and pendants, and goes perfectly with a leather jacket as it does with couture. The metal-intensive designs capture the industrialism of the city. The signature gauge links at the heart of this graphic collection reflect the clean, simple shapes of utilitarian hardware. A chain necklace in 18k gold features graduated links that shift in scale, with a clasp that seamlessly disappears into the piece. A reinterpretation of the original design is embellished with a detachable lock and ball for versatile styling. The unique bolt backing on a pair of triple drop earrings makes for a perfectly symmetrical design, as striking from the back as it is from the front.”
These pieces are destined to be classics. Modern and gorgeous but with a retro sensibility they pair to perfection with any style of look.
Capturing a refined edge and rebellious spirit the pieces feature chain links, padlocks and tiny wrecking balls in silver, rose gold and yellow gold.
What I really love is how light the pieces feel while you are wearing them- never weighing you down and they stack like a dream! Fiercely feminine yet with movement that is fabulously fluid they feature hidden clasps which enable the pieces to look as gorgeous from the back as they do from the front!
Tiffany and Co. chose Lady Gaga to be the face of the campaign for the new collection. The print ads and short film styled by none other than Grace Coddington, feature a Grace Kelly-esc Lady Gaga wearing the HardWear collection. “I love Tiffany HardWear because it’s different and elegant — but it’s not what you would expect of elegance. That’s like me I think — I’m a bit different,” said Lady Gaga in an official statement. “To me, Tiffany is definitive and iconic, yet continues to push and evolve with the times.”
The HardWear Collection is available at Tiffany & Co. boutiques Nationwide and in Las Vegas at Forum Shops, Crystals and Bellagio.

The collection looks really nice. I love the jewelry with a lock. And each jewelry seems flexible on whatever you wear. How much do they cost?
