Arbonne Essentials Protein Shake Mix

Keeping a balanced diet is no easy task and for me it’s the most challenging at work.

Craft services and quick meals spell diet disaster for me.  Most days my only options are a platter of pastries in the morning and a deli platter or pizza for lunch.  We have no choice in what we get to eat on shoots, the production company or client pre-determines the meal and has it delivered- usually from whatever is easiest and most convenient.


I have been struggling to watch what I eat at work and it seriously is a daily STRUGGLE. I try to bring healthy snacks but with my on-the-go moving from location to location carrying a tons of things in extreme temperatures fashion stylist life that isn’t always feasible.

I have found one little lifesaver that is a super easy healthy option for an on-the-go person like me, Arbonne Essentials Protein Shake Mix.

Each packet is conveniently portioned to an individual size serving and contains a Protein Shake Mix Powder with 20 grams of vegan protein, plus more than 20 essential vitamins and minerals!

The protein comes from a good variety of sources, such as pea, cranberry and rice. It’s filled with all sorts of important vitamins, like B-12 and Vitamin D, and is fortified with calcium and contains essential amino acids which help support muscle repair and protein synthesis.  Arbonne Essentials Protein Shake Mix also has a low allergen potential because of what ISN’T in the mix.  No Soy and NO Whey which are common allergens that are present and many other protein shakes.

One of the most amazing things about these shakes is the ingredients list.  It’s short and contains all organic or non-gmo ingredients. For the sweetner they use  stevia leaf, rather than a splenda or aspartame (both of which I am highly allergic to plus they are packed with chemical nasties).

You can mix them with just water if you are prepping it on the fly or at home with a ton of different recipes Arbonne offers. I listed two at the end of this post.

I have tried other mix with water protein drinks before and they are always gritty and clumpy.  Arbonne’s mix shakes up smooth and easily with no clumps.

The shakes are available in two flavors: chocolate and vanilla.

The chocolate flavor has a rich cocoa flavor.  Seriously it is so yummy.

The vanilla flavor is perfectly smooth and great for blending with fruits and peanut or almond butter!

They are super filling, give you a great boost of energy and best of all the ingredients are clean!  Many protein powders have a ton of ingredients and lots of chemicals in them, so it’s amazing to find a more natural protein powder, especially one that is vegan!

  4. I fell in love with these shakes, due to having dairy & gluten sensitivities. I needed a shake that was filling, no soy, no dairy and yummy.   5. These are delicious and good for you. If you love chocolate, it is yummy. We also have Chai for the season, limited supply! My favorite is the dreamsicle …vanilla with spinach, coconut milk, Arbonne citrus fizzy, fiber boost 1 tbsp Almond butter (or use the chocolate with pomegrante fizz – so yummy) Also we have a ton of healthy baking recipes because our protein can be used to bake with.   6. I replaced my morning coffee and muffin with the Arbonne protein shake. Muche healthier, delish and satisfying! My husband and daughters also use this shake for pre or post workout. I love the Chai flavour!!
