This weekend I was on the streets of Downtown Summerlin at the Grand Opening Street Festival spotting the best of downtown street-style and handing out give cards to the chicest in the crowd.

Effortless chic.  easy and relaxed yet polished and put together.  These ladies have the “IT” factor.

Casual Cool. Sometimes an added accessory punches up your look to polished perfect.

Funky and Fun. These looks are packed full of personality.

...and the Fashion fabulousness didn’t stop there!  

Downtown Summerlin retailers showcased some of the hottest Fall Fashion’s under a beautiful bright blue sky on a fashion runway right smack in the middle of Festival Plaza Drive.
