You may notice that as things cool down outside your lips begin to dry out!  Chapped lips are a sign of the season. You bundle up in extra layers, but your lips are still exposed to the sun, wind, cold, and dry air.

The only thing worse than dry cracked lips is grabbing a lip balm to treat them that delivers zero results! So frustrating.

In order to ensure you select the perfect lip balm for YOU there are a few things you need to consider.
