Today I was treated by the gorgeous folks at Sephora to a hands on sneak peek at the brand new, shiny, gorgeous Marc Jacobs Beauty Collection which will hit stores on August 9th.

In complete Marc Jacobs fashion the 122 product line is both edgy and feminine with ultra curvy, glossy black packaging and a range that encompasses products for lips, eyes and face.

I am going to give you fair warning…these products are enough to get any beauty junkie to drool.  I am head over heels for the entire collection but obviously can’t cover them all so here is a peek at just a few of my fav’s.

Ever had trouble finding a liner or mascara that was a rich enough shade of black?  One of the standouts from the collection is the introduction of the color “Blacquer” -invented to obtain the blackest, shiniest black.  I am dying over Magic Marc’er (ha ha love the name) a precision pen waterproof liquid eyeliner.  The pen is easy to hold and control resulting in a perfect, precise line every time!

 

 

Remedy Concealer pen.  Holy crap this product is fantastic.  My YSL touche eclat is now in the trash.  This all-in-one eraser, corrector and brightener fixes pretty much any flaw while the patented palladium tip cools an smoothes skin on contact!

The colors in the collection show all the whimsy you have come to expect from Marc with ultra pigmented unadulterated color for both the eyes and lips range.

For you lacquer lovers, Enamoured nail lacquer is unbeliveable!  A hi-shine polish that has a unprecedented shine with a plasticized, wet look finish that “mirrors 30 coats of lacquer”.
