Patyka: Luxury meets Organic

There is a growing trend in the Luxury Beauty Market to return to traditional methods of making beauty products.

When organic beauty and skincare products first hit the market, they were mostly available in health food stores, with little variety, unattractive packaging and only a few basic natural ingredients. There were shampoos/conditioners, soaps and body creams, but not a great deal of variety for specific skincare issues or many complete luxury skincare lines.

Now, a number of luxury organic lines have emerged, made with unique, effective and high-quality ingredients. Organic no longer has to mean boring.

At the forefront of this Luxury Organic movement is Patkya which combines French Style aesthetics with Luxury Organic Products-Rare plants and original scents, made the traditional French way.

From the Hungarian translation for apothecary, Patyka offers decadent bath and body products along with a burgeoning skincare line, with elegant  packaging  and  eco-conscious  practices.

With ECO CERT certification (one of the most strict certifications to receive) and a dedication to home-grown ingredients and fair trade practices(free of abrasive chemicals, parabens and animal testing) Patyka is a luxury brand that leaves you feeling good on the inside and out.

The stand out product of the line, for me, is the Huile Absolue Face & Body Serum– It’s one of those multiple use products that once you discover you can never be without.  Although primarily designed as a face care treatment it can also be used as an after shave balm because of its healing and soothing properties, when travelling because it sweeps away the signs of jetlag, perfect for nails and cuticles, on hair to repair split ends or added to your existing face creams.

Huile Absolue Face & Body Serum consists of 11 essential oils.  One of the key ingredients is Dogrose, also commonly known as Rosehip oil, which is high in Vitamin C a naturally occurring anti-oxidant. Packed with stimulating omegas, helps restore and strengthen your skin as protective wheat germ and olive oil nourish deep down. Jojoba oil provides non-oily hydration and squalane soothes irritations and inflammation.

You can make your Patyka  Huile Absolue and Absolis Body Line  luxury organic purchases exclusively at Neiman Marcus.

Patyka wants to introduce you to Organics the French way.  One lucky winner will receive a special gift from Patyka.

  1. First!
When I think of “organic”, I usually only think of food. But, I work in a restaurant…
I think we should try to go organic with anything/everything we can. Who knows what we have polluted ourselves with in this environment of chemicals, hormones & engineered flavors.
    Great read as always!

  2. I feel like organic is the new black. Everyone seems to be jumping on board. But to see a company who has provided good for you products since it’s inception, it’s comforting to know that what they produce actually is pure and natural.
Thanks for the blog (and Post and twitter feed, etc…) Christie!
