Ready Set Blow!

My name is Christie and I have curly hair.

My hair doesn’t just have a slight wave, it is full-on afro-curly, and has been a huge pain in the you know what  for most of my life.  I blow it straight and my blow-out regimen takes about 45 min of blood, sweat and sometimes tears.

I recently discovered an amazing product that cut my blow dry time in 1/2!! Hallelujah!

Ready Set Blow was pioneered by the Blowtasic experts at Blow NY (New York’s premier blow dry bar).

Ready Set Blow is the first blow dry lotion specifically designed for a faster, easier blow dry

“Featuring an advanced proprietary express blow dry technology, Ready Set Blow guarantees better, long lasting, blow dry results each and every time, resulting in less stress on the hair.  New heat-conducting polymers that are utilized in Ready Set Blow, shape free-flowing heat styles while helping to accelerate blow dry time and minimize stress on hair.  Additionally, this revolutionary heat-active concentrate protects hair from heat damage and color fade while building full body, frizz-free heat styles.”

Ready Set Blow is fortified with an exclusive Pure Protein Blend to strengthen hair and protect from heat damage plus it is Keratin treatment compliant and free of damaging sulfates, parabens, detergents, sodium chloride and artificial fillers that can deplete hair and limit the life of your style!

The product is pretty amazing, it has a delicious scent and I was done with my blow-out in 20 min- a never before seen time!  I also noticed it added extra shine and body creating a overall sleek, healthy look to my hair!  I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who wants to speed up their blow time and add a healthy sheen to their hair!

Ready Set Blow is available at www.blowNY.com, fine salons nationwide and Ulta Beauty.

  1. My wife has the crazy curly pompadour, and she like to blow it out occasionally. I’d look like a hero if I hooked her up with something like this.
    Thanks Christie!

  2. I just got samples of Blow shampoo and conditioner from Birchbox.com. Birch box is a sweet concept that sends you samples of stuff every month in a beautifully put together box. If you like it than you can purchase products on there site. I didn’t really like the shampoo, so there Ready Set Blow must be the star product

  3. I would love to try it as well. I was blessed to have natural curly hair. That would be nice to switch it up and have straight hair.. It is sexy… Ready Set Blow…. I’m ready!!

  4. Love the look of your site, Christie. I use Blow all the time. Love it!!! I need all the help I can get to go from frizzy to pretty blow out.

  5. I would love to try this product because I dislike drying my hair, but it looks so much nicer when I do. Anything to make it easier would be much appreciated.

  6. I have such thick, coarse hair that it would be so nice to shave off some blow drying time. 30 minutes gets very old very quick!! =)

  7. My daughter Jennessa has a crazy head of curly hair. Usually we just pull it back into a ponytail. Just recently she has expressed the desire to do something different with her hair. She says to me, “when are we going to straighten my hair?” I keep stalling cause I have not found a product that works well with her type of hair. If it works for Christie, I know it will work for my wild haired child.

  8. HI I’M BETH & I HAVE CURLY HAIR! (feel like I’m in group therapy or something)
I want to try this product. Guess I need to locate, acquire, try and blow! LOL

  9. My curly hair steals an hour and a half (at the minimum) from me every time I have to blow dry it. Recently I was considering a Brazilian Blowout, but found out the salon I go to (Paul Mitchell’s ARCS) will not do this service anymore due to the chemicals being unsafe and untested on longterm effects from it. I’d love to try another option like the Ready Set Blow to save more time for my already busy schedule. Thanks Christie!
