Beer Spas touting the benefits of beer are all the rage in Europe where you can immerse yourself in a beer bath. Active beer yeast, hops and a combination of dehydrated herbs are added to a blend of beer and mineral water and set at 93 degrees Fahrenheit. You soak in it for 20-30 minutes then are wrapped in warm sheets to give your body time to soak it all in and detoxify. To experience this at home try soaking in 2 cups of a dark beer for 20 minutes towel off (without rinsing), your skin will be smooth and have a youthful glow.
