Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and what could be more important to your love life than fresh breath?

  • Practice good oral hygiene.

  1. Mouth wash is a must! I use Crest (the green one) and it keeps my breath fresh for hours! Also, an electronic toothbrush makes a huge difference! I just switched and immediately noticed my breath was much more
    Fresh than with a standard toothbrush!

  2. Chew gum containing Xylitol. Brush teeth 2-3 times a day. Visiting Orthodontist and Dentist. 2 clementines a day. Over 6L of water a day.
